For all Custom Orders, we charge 50% advance at the time of booking.

We generally keep a 2″ margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you.

If you want to Cancel the order, please email us at admin@folklorecollections.com, within 24-48 hrs of Order Placement so that we can cancel the order. 

For Cancellations, we issue Store Credits, which can be used in future purchases.
